Time is running out on the debt ceiling.  Here's the plan:  Reduce the benefits for Medicare and Medicaid, and reduce Social Security benefits by $1000.00 per year per person, stop repairing roads, highways, bridges and schools.  In this way we won't have to ask the millionaires and billionaires to pay the same tax rate that middle class people pay.  The American people will love this plan. Our fellow Republicans don't watch MSNBC, so they won't question what we are doing.
